合成纤维扁平吊装带

酸洗吊带是作业中较为理想的索具，由于其接触面较宽且平整，不易损伤被吊物。由于其有较好的耐酸及耐碱性能，故其适宜吊装涂料制品，塑料制品，机床及经表面处理或后的管材，管道等。酸洗吊装带的承载面宽，可以减少表面负荷的压力;酸洗吊带外表面光滑及的物体时，不会伤害被吊物,酸洗吊带轻便、柔软、系数高、使用寿命长、不导电，无触电危险，对腐蚀有很好的抵抗力。

吊装带的报废标准

吊装带在使用过程中，有下列情况之时，应予以报废:

1、织带(含保护套)严重磨损、穿孔、切口、撕断.

2、承载吊装带纤维软化、老化、弹性变小、强度减弱.

3、接缝绽开、缝线磨断.

4、纤维表面粗糙易于剥落.

5、吊装带出现死结.

6、吊装带表面有过多的点状疏松、腐蚀、酸碱烧损以及热熔化或烧焦.

7、带有红色警戒线吊装带的警戒线裸露.

Scrapped sling

When lfting belt during use, the following conditions should be scrapped

Ribbon (shielded) severe wear, perforations, cut, torn

Carrying sling fiber softening, aging, elastic smaller, strength weakened

Blooming seams, stitching wear off

Easy to peel off the fiber surface roughness

Lifting band appears knot

Lifting with excessive surface punctate loose, corrosion, acid burning and hot melt or burn

Cordon with a red line sling exposed.

使用注意

1、不要使用已损坏的吊带.

2、在吊装时，不要扭、绞吊带.

3、使用时不要让吊带打结.

4、避免撕开缝纫联合部位或超负荷工作..

5、当移动吊带时，不要拖拉吊带

6、避免强夺或震荡造成吊带的负载.

7、每一个吊带在使用要认真检查.

8、绦纶有耐无机酸的机能，但易受酸的伤害.

9、纤纶适用于能抗化学物品的场所

10、锦纶有耐烈机酸的能力，易受有面酸的伤害，在受潮时,损失可达15%.

11、如果吊带在受化学品污染或者是在高温下使用，则应向供应商寻求参考意见.
